poster instructions
preparing your poster
Poster size is at the discretion of the presenter - however, posters will be limited to a maximum of 45 inches tall x 45 inches wide. This allows for 2 poster presentations to be mounted to each side of the display board. Please follow size limits so you allow a space for a poster number in the upper corner of the board and avoid encroaching on your neighbor’s poster display.

presenting your poster
Poster presentations play a key role in sharing new ideas and information, as well as networking to facilitate cooperation and collaboration. There will be a dedicated Poster Session on Monday, March 30 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, allowing meeting attendees to interact and share details of their work.

poster awards
The WGEA CRIME (Computing Resources in Medical Education) group will select up to three poster presentations focused on educational technology (either an innovation or evaluation of an implementation) for an award at the 2020 WGEA Regional Meeting. Posters will be adjudicated during the poster presentation sessions at the meeting with at least two members from CRIME reviewing each poster. Award winners will be recognized at an event during the meeting. To include your poster for consideration of this award, the first author must be affiliated with a WGEA member school and the CRIME logo (provided at the Poster Session set-up) should be attached at the bottom right corner of your printed poster.
